A Challenging Remodel of this original Donner Lake Cabin from the 1940's.

Client wanted to keep the original feeling of an old time Tahoe Cabin, keeping it small overall & with real wood, so that with time this yellow wooden exterior will season to be a perfect natural soft brown color.

​

Remo included a new entry & mudroom, the main room with a full bathroom as an extension of the original cabin. Larger and up to code deck, windows where replaced, in some cases added or enlarging them to bring in a bit more light to the known dark interiors of cabins.
